Select your check-in and check-out dates in the calendar and click on the check availability button, then set the number of guests staying. You can choose a guesthouse according to your preferences. If you have chosen the option that suits you, you can continue by pressing the Select button. Under the Booking Extras menu item, you can also add an extra bed or our bath tub service to your reservation. With Skipt Extras, you can continue without services. To finalize your reservation, we ask for a full name, address and email address, then by pressing Confrim Booking, your reservation is valid. Contact us if you have any questions.
In the pre and late season, we offer a 10% discount on the total accommodation fee for all reservations longer than 3 days from Sunday to Thursday.

HOUSE RULES
- Arrival from 3:00 p.m., departure until 10:00 a.m.;
- Upon arrival and departure we are personally available on site if needed;
- In case of earlier arrival and later departure prior consultation is required with the host;
- Smoking is allowed in the designated smoking area, not in the guest house;
- Pets are not allowed in the guest house;
- Only guests registered at the time of check-in can stay in the guest house and its area;
- You can park in the designated space for free;
- Loud noise, loud music, disturbing nature is strictly prohibited;
- Firewood can be used for the garden fire pit free of charge;
- The tile stove can only be managed by the host, we kindly ask our guests to use the electric heating panels when necessary;
- The kitchen garden in the courtyard is a private area, entry is prohibited, the electric fence surrounding the garden is under power from dusk to dawn;
- In the case of a long reservation (over 1 week), we change the bed linen and towels at a time agreed in advance with the guest;
- We are available to our guests by phone 24 hours a day.
